Mixed-use project brings over 400 residential units, retail to fast-growing Wesley Chapel

A new mixed-use development is bringing hundreds of residential units and thousands of square feet of commercial space to a fast-growing suburban area in Pasco County.

Pomelo Square, located east of the intersection of Old Pasco Road and Overpass Road in Wesley Chapel, will have 325 apartments, 90 townhomes, over 42,000 square feet of retail space and a hotel.
