Sarasota bayfront home fetches over $13 million in most expensive Lido Shores sale of the year

A recent residential sale marks the most expensive so far this year in Lido Shores.

The five-bedroom home at 424 Bowdoin Circle sold for $13.375 million on June 12. The sales price breaks down to $2,274 per square foot. It is rare for luxury home sales in the Tampa Bay region to exceed $2,000 per square foot.
