Pinellas County seeks developers for dozens of acres in downtown Clearwater

Developers have an opportunity to redevelop over 20 acres of county-owned land in downtown Clearwater.

Pinellas County began a request for negotiation process on Tuesday, inviting developers to submit proposals for the redevelopment of parcels totaling 24.66 acres, which are home to government buildings. The Pinellas County-owned land is in downtown Clearwater, where long-awaited redevelopment efforts are underway.
