Waterfront property in Clearwater sells for over $2M

An investor has paid $2.15 million for a waterfront property in Clearwater.

Blackwater Ventures, a Clearwater-based entity, closed on the nearly half-acre site at 403 E. Shore Drive on May 29, according to a deed filed with Pinellas County.
