Palm Harbor shopping center sells for more than $30 million

A retail center anchored by Crunch Fitness in north Pinellas County sold for more than $30 million.

Alderman Plaza in Palm Harbor traded hands on June 4 for $31 million, according to a deed filed Monday. South Florida-based JBL Asset Management acquired the property that sits on nearly 10 acres off high-trafficked U.S. Highway 19 North and Alderman Road.
