Sarasota luxury apartment project lands $43M construction loan

A luxury apartment project near downtown Sarasota secured $43 million in construction financing.

Allen Morris Co., the Coral Gables-based developer that built the Hermitage and the Bradenton Residences, said May 12 that it has secured the financing from Affinius Capital of San Antonio and New York City-based Axonic Capital.
