Bromley Industrial Partners acquires Clearwater warehouse complex for $23.5 million

The industrial investment arm of a New York-based real estate company acquired a Clearwater industrial complex for $23.5 million.

Bromley Industrial Partners, the industrial investment platform of Midtown Tampa developer Bromley Cos., announced Monday it acquired a two-building, 200,000-square-foot industrial complex at 14550 and 14480 62nd St. N. Bromley bought the property for $23.5 million from Blue Steel Development and secured a $17.5 million loan from BankUnited.
