South Florida firm adds two St. Pete retail properties to its growing portfolio

A South Florida investment firm has been buying St. Petersburg real estate, and its latest acquisition is retail assets off Fourth Street.

The building home to Starbucks at 900 Fourth St. N and the building across the street at 944 Fourth St. N sold for $4.2 million, according to a Pinellas County deed recorded Monday. The buyer, Dos Amigos Real Estate LLC, is led by Miami-based investors Joan Manuel Pouparina and Tyler Lynn, who also bought 6501 and 6527 Central Ave. for $2.53 million in March. The latest acquisition marks the group’s continued expansion in the St. Pete market.
