7 Brew eyes second Polk County location as Tampa Bay expansion continues

Drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew is eyeing its second location in Polk County, adding to its expansion across Tampa Bay.

The Arkansas-based coffee chain with a cult following submitted a Southwest Water Management District permit at the end of April for a 540-square-foot building and double-lane drive-thru at 35910 Hwy. 27 in Haines City. Texas-based Red Sky will build the coffee shop on about an acre of vacant land that is across from the Heart of Florida Shopping Center.
