A St. Pete Beach resort that underwent extensive renovations following the 2024 hurricanes sold for $31.5 million.

South Carolina-based OTO Development acquired the 102-key Beachcomber Beach Resort and its popular Jimmy B’s Beach Bar and Grill on Monday. The hotel reopened Oct. 30 after a year’s worth of hurricane repairs. The deed recorded in Pinellas County likely doesn't reflect the full price as recorded prices of hotel properties often do not reflect the total transaction, which includes furniture, fixtures and equipment.
