Lightning founder lists Boca Grande condo for over $1M

The founder of the Tampa Bay Lightning has listed a Boca Grande condominium for sale — and the property is being offered fully furnished, including signed sports memorabilia.

Phil Esposito's vacation home in Marina Village at the Boca Grande Club is for sale for $1.237 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just under 1.050 square feet, according to the listing. The condo was built in 1984, and Esposito paid $490,000 for it in 2004, according to public records.
