St. Petersburg waterfront estate with domed rotunda hits market for $15.1 million

A waterfront estate in St. Petersburg’s Jungle Prada neighborhood has hit the market for $15.1 million.

The 10,000-square-foot home at 2000 Park St. sits on more than 1.5 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway. It was completed in 2020 and last sold for $7.7 million in 2022.
