Indoor pickleball, padel facility planned for Tampa suburb

A new indoor padel and pickleball concept is planned to take over an existing warehouse near Carrollwood.

A renovation permit was filed with Hillsborough County to change the use from an existing industrial warehouse to a 32,000-square-foot indoor facility at 5206 Eagle Trail Drive. The renovation costs were not disclosed.
