Developer plans hundreds of apartments in Pasco County

A Minnesota-based developer wants to build 216 apartments in a Pasco County community that continues to attract development.

Dominium, an apartment developer and management firm with a growing portfolio of affordable housing communities, submitted permits to the county for the apartment complex Luna Landings in New Port Richey off of Moon Lake Road.
