Motor Enclave developer plans luxury garage condos in Sarasota

The developer of The Motor Enclave is planning a $20 million luxury garage condominium in Sarasota, the next step in a broader strategy to bring high-end automotive storage closer to where owners live.

The Motor Enclave Sarasota — situated on 4.8 acres near Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport on U.S. 41 — is being positioned as a smaller, satellite extension of the company's larger 200-acre Tampa campus, which combines racetracks, event space, vehicle storage and member amenities, founder and CEO Brad Oleshansky told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
