Developer proposes nearly 300 apartments in Brandon

The multifamily arm of Delray Beach-based Kolter Group has proposed a nearly 300-unit apartment project in Brandon.

Kolter Multifamily filed a permit application with the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Thursday for 280 apartments at Graves Road just off of Interstate 75. Such applications are often the first step toward development. The project is called Alton Brandon.
