Redeveloped Central Avenue property, home to Melting Pot, sold

A redeveloped, fully leased building on downtown St. Petersburg’s Central Avenue sold for $10.5 million.

Paradise Ventures, the group that owns the Sundial in partnership with Ally Capital, overhauled the dilapidated building at 695 Central Ave. in 2023 after acquiring it in 2019. The Melting Pot anchors the building with a 4,900-square-foot restaurant, and a new coffee shop and salon occupy the rest of the space. The buyer is a local private investor, according to a deed filed Friday.
