Tampa developer buys a piece of Gandy industrial site for retail, medical use

A Tampa developer has acquired 12 acres of an industrial site on Gandy Boulevard with plans to add retail and medical uses to the property.

Alliant Partners Development acquired the property from LBA Realty for $23 million. The property includes the former iHeart Radio building at 4002 W. Gandy Blvd. and the land between a new industrial building and Gandy Boulevard. The property has been an active warehouse development since it was sold in 2020.
