Largo apartment complex sells for $34 million to Illinois buyer

A Largo apartment complex traded hands for $34 million.

Enclave on East, a 196-unit apartment complex at 3660 East Bay Drive, sold for $173,469 per unit, according to a deed filed Monday. Providence Management Company LLC of Wilmette, Illinois, sold the property to Douglas Hirsh Enterprises of Northbrook, Illinois.
