Custom-built Tierra Verde home tops year-to-date record at $9 million

A new, custom-designed home in Tierra Verde sold for $9 million, topping the highest residential sale in Pinellas County to date in 2025.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home was built in 2024 by JR Structures, a local custom builder. The home was first listed in 2024 for $11.8 million, according to Realtor.com. It sold for $9 million on Oct. 28, a deed filed in Pinellas County states.
