Clearwater firm acquires Largo apartments for $14M, plans renovations

A local real estate investment firm acquired a 1970s-era Largo apartment community with plans to bring it up to date.

Whitestone Capital, based in Clearwater, acquired the Central Park at East Bay at 301 Seacrest Drive for $14 million on Oct. 23, according to Pinellas County records. Franklin Street represented both the buyer and seller, ROI Capital, in the transaction. New ownership plans to renovate the property.
