Downtown St. Pete apartment leases retail space to wellness concepts

A downtown St. Petersburg apartment tower has leased its ground-floor retail to four wellness-focused tenants.

EVO, a 23-story tower at 334 Second Ave. S, has 13,000 square feet of street-level retail and has leased 10,235 square feet of it to four tenants: LaserAway, Ideal Nutrition, BodyBar Pilates and Pause Studio. A 2,765-square-foot retail space remains available for lease, American Land Ventures and FrontRange Capital Partners announced Monday.
