Luxury builder moves major redevelopment forward in Tampa Heights

A homebuilder more widely associated with suburban subdivisions is homing in on prime real estate near downtown Tampa.

Documents filed with the Southwest Florida Water Management District suggest that Toll Bros., based in suburban Philadelphia, will play a role in the redevelopment of two city blocks bound by East Henderson Avenue to the north, North Morgan Street to the east, East Estelle Street to the south and North Florida Avenue to the west.
