Spec warehouse in Ocala lands giant industrial tenant

A third-party logistics company has leased the entirety of a nearly 1-million-square-foot warehouse in Ocala that broke ground speculatively.

Transwestern Development Co. and QuadReal Property Group said Monday that an unnamed 3PL "serving a global e-commerce company" has leased the 943,426-square-foot Building One at Trailhead Logistics Park. Building One has been waiting for a tenant since 2023, when it wrapped up construction.
