The Westin on Harbour Island has sold

Westin Tampa Waterside, the 309-key hotel on Harbour Island in downtown Tampa, has a new owner.

Apollo Global Management and Newbond Holdings LLC have sold the waterfront hotel to an entity linked to Boston-based Rockpoint, Hillsborough County property records show.
