Downtown Tampa condo-hotel lands half-billion-dollar construction financing

A condo-hotel tower in downtown Tampa has landed over $500 million in construction financing.

Two Roads Development, the South Florida-based developer of The Pendry Tampa and The Pendry Residences Tampa, said Monday that it has secured the financing from Sculptor Real Estate of New York City and Connecticut-based Nuveen Green Capital.
