Six big food chains making a splash in Largo

Largo’s retail sector is booming: Rents are up, vacancy is down and national chains continue to enter, expand and invest in the area.

Of the 6.2 million square feet of retail space in Largo, 4.3% is vacant, and rent averages at $25.75 per square foot, according to CoStar retail data. CoStar's retail data tracks everything from funeral homes and truck stops to movie theaters and day care centers.
