Michelin-starred Kōsen team to open Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge in Tampa Heights

The team behind Michelin-starred restaurant Kōsen is bringing a Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge to Tampa Heights.

Tantō will feature rare Japanese spirits, small-batch ferments and reimagined Kōsen dishes at 306 W. Palm Ave. next door to the acclaimed omakase restaurant that earned a single star from the Michelin Guide in 2024.
