Big Storm Brewing warehouse hits market for $3M amid bankruptcy

Two weeks after Clearwater’s Big Storm Brewing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, one of its warehouses is for sale.

The industrial property at 12705 Daniel Drive, which is behind the Clearwater Big Storm Brewing Tap Room, hit the market on June 27. Marcus & Millichap Associate James Defusto listed the property for $3 million, or $136 per square foot, on behalf of the Center for Special Needs Trust Administration, a local nonprofit from which Leo Govoni swindled nearly $90 million.
