Prudential Tropical Realty and K. Hovnanian Homes are pleased to announce their newly formed business alliance. The announcement was made recently by Dewey Mitchell, president of Prudential Tropical Realty, and George Schulmeyer, president of K. Hovnanian Homes.

By working together, Prudential Tropical Realty sales executives and K. Hovnanian new home specialists create a "one stop" shopping environment for homebuyers interested in new home construction.

There are nine communities throughout the Tampa Bay area included in this alliance. The Pasco County communities are Lakeshore Ranch, Longleaf and Silverado.
