Toronto Blue Jays star appears to snag Pinellas equestrian estate

An entity linked to a Toronto Blue Jays baseball player has purchased a 47-acre equestrian estate in northern Pinellas County.

DG Estates LLC, which has ties to first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr., purchased the Tarpon Springs property called Serella Stables for $10.2 million, according to a deed recorded Thursday. The sale includes the 47-acre property with a 7,800-square-foot home, an eight-stall barn, and a fishing pond.
