Developer proposes over 600 affordable apartment units in Manatee County

An Indiana-based developer is proposing 643 affordable apartments in Manatee County.

Kittle Property Group filed site plans for a project that includes two distinct communities: a senior housing development called Luminara Place with 331 units and a family housing development named Harborline at Sarasota with 312 units. The side-by-side complexes span 29 acres across four parcels of land, located east of Prospect Road, west of Tuttle Avenue, north of 71st Terrace East and south of Whitfield Avenue in Sarasota.
