Two 44-story condo towers to replace aging downtown St. Pete hotel

An aging downtown St. Petersburg hotel will be replaced with two 44-story condominium towers.

Kolter Urban⁠ will demolish the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront⁠ hotel and build two condo towers, according to a site plan application filed with the city Monday afternoon. The waterfront development would bring 325 units to downtown, adding to the city’s growing luxury offerings.
