Go inside Totum Market, downtown Tampa's new independent grocer

An independent grocery store that feels like a miniature Whole Foods has opened along Nebraska Avenue, giving downtown Tampa and Ybor City residents another place to shop for food.

Totum occupies 24,000 square feet on the ground floor of Harrison at Encore, a 20-story apartment tower that is Encore's first high-rise. The tower, which has 294 apartments, recently welcomed its first residents. It is the first multifamily building to open in the urban core since a wave of apartments opened in the early 2020s.
