Benderson Development buys three retail properties totaling $37M

A Manatee County-based developer has acquired three retail properties across the region totaling nearly $37 million, as the developer continues to expand its presence across the region.

Benderson Development purchased three properties totaling approximately 400,000 square feet in Pinellas, Sarasota and Lee counties, according to a release. The company purchased: Granada Plaza, a Publix-anchored retail center in Dunedin; Venice Market Place, a shopping center in Venice; and a Lowe's Home Improvement in Estero.
