Developer plans drive-thru coffee chain and bank on former CVS site in Pinellas Park

A Pinellas Park CVS Pharmacy is slated to become a bank and a popular drive-thru coffee chain.

Belleair Development Group has demolished the CVS at the corner of Park Boulevard and Belcher Road to make way for two new buildings: a drive-thru bank and a 7 Brew. The Pinellas Park developer filed plans Wednesday for an environmental resource permit with the Southwest Florida Water Management District, often a first step in the construction process.
