Law firm quadruples downtown Tampa office space

Two years after planting a flag in Tampa, Orlando law firm Ball Janik is upsizing its presence in downtown.

The firm is quadrupling its office space at 400 N. Ashley Drive from 2,500 square feet to 12,300 square feet. The location marked Ball Janik’s fifth Florida office when it opened in 2024, which was around the same time it opened an office in Fort Lauderdale.
