DC investment firm buys recently built Sarasota apartments for nearly $70 million

A Washington, D.C. based investment firm acquired an apartment complex in Sarasota.

Broad Creek Capital acquired The Crossing at Palm Aire, a 315-unit apartment complex built in 2023, July 23 for $67 million, according to a Manatee County deed. The firm bought the property with co-sponsor Hillridge Capital, with Abod Capital Solutions investing as a co-limited partner in the joint venture.
