Ohio developer buys downtown Bradenton apartments

An Ohio-based developer acquired a waterfront apartment community in Bradenton for $51.15 million as commercial activity in the area ramps up.

ShoreView Waterfront Apartments, a 216-unit multifamily community located at 1161 Third Ave. N. in downtown Bradenton, sold to Cedarwood Cos., Ohio real estate developer. Chicago investment firm Pearlmark purchased the asset in late 2021 for $73 million, according to Manatee County property records.
