A luxury boutique condo on Lido Key is nearing completion.

The Ronto Group is wrapping up construction on the 11-story, 65-unit Rosewood Residences on 230 feet of beachfront property — the first contracted Rosewood property to be exclusively residential. The group has appointed a general manager and head chef to lead the prestigious hospitality brand.
