Affordable housing foundation acquires Largo apartment complex for $70M

A Beverly Hills affordable housing foundation has acquired a Largo apartment complex.

Bedford Affordable Housing Foundation closed on a 416-unit apartment complex called Anthem Clearwater for $70 million, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The foundation is a nonprofit that partners with owners to create and preserve affordable housing.
