Connecticut firm pays $24M for Pinellas mobile home community

A Pinellas Park mobile home park sold to a Connecticut-based company for more than $20 million.

Bedrock Communities, an owner and operator of manufactured housing communities in Florida and Georgia, acquired Pinellas Cascades, an all-ages mobile home community in Pinellas Park, for $24 million, according to a deed recorded Friday. The new owner has several Florida communities, with a majority concentrated in the Tampa Bay region.
