Office Depot demolition will clear the way for over 300 Tampa apartments

An Office Depot will soon be demolished to make way for over 300 apartment units off North Dale Mabry Highway.

Altamonte Springs-based LeCesse Development Corp. filed a permit to demolish the former office supplies store at 211 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. to make way for the 320-unit, seven-story multifamily project called The Mabry. The site is part of Tampa Commons, a retail center owned by RMC Property Group.
