Key West bank to transform Miller's Ale House into dual tenant in Lakeland

A Key West-based bank is planning to redevelop a Lakeland restaurant property, occupying a portion and leasing out the remainder.

Gulf Atlantic Bank purchased the former 6,764-square-foot restaurant property at 5650 S. Florida Ave. in Lakeland on July 10 for $3.38 million, according to Polk County property records.
