New York developer plans nearly 500 multifamily units in Bradenton

A New York investment firm plans to develop hundreds of apartments and townhomes in Bradenton in the fourth phase of a larger project.

GTIS Partners wants to build 300 apartments and 196 townhomes on 42 acres of vacant land in Bradenton, according to a Southwest Florida Water Management District permit. The multifamily units are part of the Glen Creek community, located near the intersection of 26th Avenue East and 27th Street East.
