Lazydays RV Resort owner preps Seffner land for future development

The owner of Lazydays RV Resort in Seffner is setting up a portion of the property for future redevelopment.

Virginia-based Capital Automotive Real Estate Services Inc., which has owned the 130-acre property since late 2015, sought county approvals to make way for the redevelopment of a portion of the Lazydays RV Super Center. There are no immediate plans to redevelop the property, a representative for the developer said.
