TMT Properties acquires third Tampa Bay office building in Lakeland's central business district

A Coral Springs-based commercial real estate company has acquired a downtown Lakeland office building for $17.53 million.

TMT Properties purchased the five-story, 107,512-square-foot, multi-tenant office property at 115 S. Missouri Ave. The seller was New Jersey-based Westmarq Real Estate Group. The $17.52 million sales price equates to $163 a square foot. A deed has not yet been recorded.
