D.C. developer set to revive west St. Pete affordable housing development

A mixed-income development first pitched for St. Petersburg five years ago is ready to break ground under new ownership.

Tampa-based DDA Development proposed the project called Sixty90 at 6090 Central Ave., which included 204 units of mostly market rate housing. The project is planned at the former site of the offices of The Edwards Group.
