Vacant restaurant property in St. Pete's Grand Central district sold

The building once home to a cowboy-themed bar in St. Petersburg has sold to a new owner.

The property at 2451Central Ave., where Ride ‘Em Cowboy closed on Jan. 1, sold for an undisclosed price on Wednesday. The buyer is expected to announce plans for the property at a later time, adding to the changing face of St. Pete’s Grand Central district, Archer Group Real Estate co-founder and principal Lauren Campbell said.
