WestShore Plaza sold to Tampa firm

WestShore Plaza, the beleaguered shopping mall long considered for redevelopment, has been sold to a Tampa investment firm.

Third Lake Partners, based in Ybor City, closed on the property Wednesday. The sales price is over $130 million, sources with knowledge of the deal told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
